Very friendly welcome, the owner is extra kind. Fast service. I recommend. I gave the kitchen 4 stars because of the way the batter is cooked inside the waffles. But that's just a minor detail.

Waffle burger and ham and cheese sandwich tested: it's not a snack, it's a delight. Plus, the staff is as crisp as the waffles: warm, friendly, and top-notch. I'm debating whether to come back tomorrow... or in 10 minutes.
