I highly recommend it. The waffles are delicious. The staff is very pleasant, always smiling, and above all, attentive. I've been several times and I always leave with a smile. Both the dining area and the restrooms are always clean.

Hello... First experience at Waffle Epagny... I'm not particularly a fan of waffles, I admit, and yet, I came back the next day for a second waffle for a fantastic afternoon treat that definitely won't leave your taste buds indifferent... It's like pizza, the base is first and foremost the dough, and frankly, I'm not exaggerating when I say that this one is sublime in taste... Don't change a thing, honestly... The Liège waffle is amazing and I highly recommend it!!! ... Let's talk about the atmosphere, the room is welcoming enough and the noise level is very reasonable... The music selection is pretty cool for a guy like me who's 62, it makes me feel young again!!! The restrooms are decent, but did I just happen to be there at the wrong time? It's a shame, probably not very clean... Two customers in the place, so there's no reason to get too excited about the food preparation. Perhaps a quick trip to the restroom would be nice... It's the same with the tables... A little more attention to detail would be much appreciated. If you look at a bar, a quick wipe with a cloth and a bit of "spritz" after a customer leaves, and that's it... These are small details, but they do matter, especially in a place that could be considered a little waffle temple! Anyway, let's talk about the reception: Luckily, one employee is very welcoming, smiling, pleasant, and genuinely friendly. She's not like the other one with the brown ponytail whose gaze shifts with a haughty attitude, completely ignoring us. You wonder what her role is... Maybe she doesn't like being behind the counter... What a shame! As for the managers' welcome, it's really top-notch... Anyway, I don't mean to be negative, but my message might offer some insights to help you improve a few small things that might bother customers enjoying your delicious waffles...
