Despite some negative reviews, we've been coming here for a waffle about once every two weeks for several years, and the quality is always there. The waffles are delicious. Sure, the prices have gone up, but that's the same as everywhere else. The installation of two self-ordering stations is a real plus: previously, you had to wait much longer since only one person took orders. In short, a small franchise that even makes you want to invest in it!

Very good! We had lunch at Waffle Factory and the service was fast despite the busy shopping center. The waffles were well-filled, hot, and the flavors offered are varied, ensuring there's something for everyone! The only downside: There are only backless chairs to sit on. I recommend it!
