An address I wholeheartedly recommend! I've been there about ten times and I've never been disappointed. The owners are truly lovely, always smiling and attentive. The manager, who is there every day, is genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. You can tell he's very invested in his establishment and that he also takes a real approach to supporting his employees, always there to guide and help them. It's really nice to see a manager so invested in his team and in customer satisfaction. The staff is also very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant, which makes every visit even more enjoyable! Special mention also goes to the cleanliness, which is simply impeccable... The establishment is always clean and well-maintained, which is particularly appreciated 😍. And of course, the taste is fantastic! 😋 After more than ten visits, I've never been disappointed. The products are delicious, indulgent, and the quality is always there. I'm taking the time to write this review, even though it's a bit long, because I think it's important to acknowledge the good things when they happen. We often think to leave a review when we're unhappy, but we should also recognize the establishments and teams that do a great job. So, congratulations to the entire team at Waffle Factory Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and especially to the managers for their dedication and warm welcome. I recommend it 100%! 🧇👌
