Delicious waffles with a truly unique flavor. A warm welcome. I am incredibly grateful that they secured my computer, which I had left on the terrace. I can't thank them enough for this gesture that saved my professional life! Kindness, foresight, and compassion!!!

I'm a regular customer at Waffle Factory and I really wanted to leave a review because the team at this shop is simply exceptional. It's clearly much more than just a place to eat: it's almost a true service, with an attentiveness and kindness that makes all the difference. The entire team is smiling, welcoming, and incredibly caring, with a genuine desire to make every customer feel comfortable. I'm thinking in particular of one woman on the team who especially impressed me with her kindness. Last time, I was carrying a stroller and a suitcase, and she spontaneously offered to help me, even going so far as to offer to walk me to the train station. A gesture that might seem simple, but it says so much about her attitude. Honestly, it's wonderful to see so much humanity in a restaurant. You don't just come here to eat; you're truly welcomed and valued. Well done to the whole team, and above all, thank you for this wonderful energy every day! 🥰
