My partner and I were looking for a small place to eat and arrived at the end of service. Unfortunately, our order was… lost 😅 We waited about 45 minutes before the place quieted down, which puzzled us a bit. So I went to ask about our order, and that's when we were very kindly told that it had been accidentally deleted. The staff apologized immediately, were incredibly kind and responsive: our order was prepared quickly, and we even received a small discount voucher for our next visit—a very nice gesture 👏 In the end, the meal was delicious, and in hindsight, the wait might not have been so bad: we were able to eat in peace and quiet 🤣🤣 To err is human, and how it was handled made all the difference. We will definitely be back — the good food helps a little, but above all the friendliness of the team and the quality of the dishes!
